Freedom Lake Ministries is committed to helping men break free from the destructive cycles of addiction and incarceration by fostering a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our discipleship programs offer a spiritual pathway to recovery, mentoring men to discover their greater purpose: to become disciples of Jesus who train and disciple others.
Over the past seven years, we’ve witnessed God’s incredible work, engaging, equipping, and empowering 2,358 men to grow spiritually, with 732 baptisms marking their transformation. Our mission field—a 328-bed halfway house in Louisville, Kentucky, with a six-month drug and alcohol program—provides a constant opportunity to share the Gospel with every man who walks through its doors.
God has called us not just to introduce these men to Jesus but to disciple them—walking with them toward spiritual maturity and equipping them to become spiritual leaders who share His love and light with others.

In bold faith, we have set a goal to raise $500,121 by December 31st to meet our 2024 fundraising target. This will allow us to focus our efforts in 2025 on reaching 650 new inmates with the life-saving message of Jesus Christ and walking with them into discipleship.
