In the Spirit of the Great Commission

Matthew 28:18-20 – Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

OUR
MISSION

Freedom Lake exists to help men be freed from old habits or destructive patterns of addiction and the revolving door of the prison system teaching them to become Jesus’ disciples who multiply the Kingdom of God.

OUR
VISION

Freedom Lake’s vision is to create a complete discipleship model that helps incarcerated men find their identity in Christ and then walk alongside them supporting their growth to spiritual maturity as they seek God’s will and direction for their lives post-incarceration. Our goal is that by 2033 this model can be reproduced in all 50 states.

OUR
PURPOSE

Freedom Lake’s purpose is to MENtor men to spiritual maturity as they learn how to become productive, disciple-producing, law-abiding citizens prepared for a life of servanthood, a life of obedience, and a life on mission to serve our Lord Jesus Christ in the spirit of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
