The Mellwood Art Center offers an unmatched industrial flair in Louisville, conveniently located near downtown. Known for its creative ambiance, it’s a stunning venue. The Da Vinci Room, Mellwood’s newest space, provides spacious accommodations ideal for our growing community. It’s where creativity meets celebration, making it the perfect setting for this year’s event.

Under Kentucky state law, a portion of your donation may be tax-deductible. Since part of your ticket price covers costs like food and a T-shirt, your receipt will detail the deductible portion.
Freedom Lake, Inc., is a Christ-centered Section 501(c)(3) public charity. The ministry’s annual charity event is God’s Harvest Celebration.

God’s Harvest Celebration is scheduled for a Tuesday evening, so many attendees will be coming straight from work. We recommend dressing in business casual attire or attire appropriate for a relaxed evening at church.
The 2024 God’s Harvest Celebration ticket prices are $125 per person or $1,000 per table of eight guests.
Dinner is included with your ticket purchase. Mission BBQ in Middletown will cater a delicious buffet dinner featuring a carving station. This year, we are introducing a new menu for a fresh experience.
When you check in at the registration table, you will receive the t-shirt size you selected during ticket purchase.
Plan to join us at the Mellwood Art Center’s Da Vinci Room when doors open at 6:00 PM on October 1, 2024. The event will start promptly at 6:30 PM and conclude by 8:30 PM.

ABOUT The Hosts
Founded by Tony and Kim Cash, Freedom Lake Ministries began from a vision Tony received during his incarceration. After over three decades in prison, including a combined twenty years in solitary confinement, Tony surrendered to God, dedicated to sharing the Gospel and redefining rehabilitation through Christ-centered discipleship. In 2017, after his release, Tony met Kim, his future wife, and they married the same year.
Feeling called into full-time ministry in 2018, Tony and Kim became missionaries, and God chose the prison system as their mission field, working in a Substance Abuse Program at a local prison.
In 2019, Tony and Kim felt called to extend their mission beyond the prison walls, providing continued support to men post-incarceration. God provided their first ministry home in 2020, followed by a second location in 2023, expanding their discipleship pathway from prison to community reintegration. They have mentored over 2,100 men, and God has used Tony to baptize more than 650. Since 2021, 20 men have lived and worked alongside their mentors cost-free, learning to balance spiritual growth with work and life responsibilities.
