The Discipleship Experience is an expanding Indiana-based discipleship setting designed to help men explore and engage in Christian practices that nurture lifelong faith.

Phase Three of the Discipleship Pathway provides an intentional setting where men can grow spiritually mature through daily Christian practices that shape faith, character, and community. Located away from the distractions of the world, this post-incarceration phase creates a sanctuary where men continue exploring their relationship with God through rhythms of prayer, Scripture reflection, worship, testimony, service, and life-on-life discipleship. Over the course of 12 months, participants engage in spiritual formation that helps restore their God-given identity in Christ, break cycles of generational sin, and prepare them to live as faithful servants and leaders wherever God calls them.

Within this intentional discipleship community, men are not simply completing a short-term program but entering a shared life where spiritual growth is nurtured daily through accountability, mentorship, and Christian practices lived out in real time. As they mature in faith, participants learn to balance spiritual disciplines with work responsibilities and practical life skills, developing a foundation rooted in unity, biblical truth, and obedience to Christ. The goal is to raise up Kingdom-multiplying disciples who carry the message of redemption into their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.
