Do you have a word that is your theme for 2023? We do. Our word is trust. Family, friends, and even someone we just met can ask us to trust them and we do. So, why is it so challenging to trust God when He asks us to trust Him?
God’s grace is a second chance
America is a land of second chances. The men of Freedom Lake are living their second chance. They want to be a better friend of God, better followers of Christ, obedient disciples who are faithful in all things, and who have a story of the Ultimate Second Chance to share.
What happens next (after baptism)?
The biggest question we get asked after Baptism is: “What happens next?” We shouldn’t celebrate people’s transformations and baptisms only to leave them behind to figure out the rest of their journey on their own.

With the acquisition of the property for Freedom Lake drawing closer, there are those people who may think that Freedom Lake’s story is over. It’s only the beginning.
