Bringing Comfort and Joy to the Incarcerated

Holiday meals, a warm coat, a gift bag, and spiritual nourishment.

At Freedom Lake Ministries, our mission centers on transforming lives through Christ-centered discipleship, especially for incarcerated men struggling with substance abuse. Freedom Lake Ministries empowers men impacted by addiction and incarceration through Christ-centered discipleship that offers hope, support, and a pathway to transformation and reintegration.

During this holiday season of gratitude and giving, we invite you to join our Operation Gratitude campaign, “Bringing Comfort and Joy to the Incarcerated.” Your generous support brings the hope of Jesus to these men, reminding them that they are loved, seen, and valued during a time when they may feel alone, unworthy, and forgotten.

This time of year offers you the chance to bring comfort and joy to those battling substance abuse and to help end their cycle of recidivism.

Your $35 gift provides one man with two holiday meals, a warm coat, a gift bag filled with essential toiletries, sweet treats, and heartfelt surprises, and, most importantly, spiritual nourishment—ensuring he feels the love and compassion of Christ even while separated from his family.

Please consider blessing as many men as you can.

Your gift offers spiritual nourishment, encouragement, and practical support.

  • Holiday meals help these men feel loved and cared for while separated from their families.
  • Coats and winter essentials—items that a low-budget institution cannot provide and that many families are unable to afford—keep them warm when they go outside for church services and discipleship activities, doctor appointments, or work assignments.
  • A Gift Bag of Toiletries may not seem exciting, but toiletries are highly-valued for these incarcerated men.

These tangible expressions of care serve as powerful reminders that someone cares and that change is possible, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Together, we can ensure that every man has the opportunity to rediscover his purpose and that every family can embrace a hopeful future filled with the love of our Lord and Savior. Your generosity is vital in helping us expand our reach and support more men on their journey to recovery.

Thank you for being an essential part of our mission!
