THE HEALTH & WELLNESS RESOURCE CENTER
Supporting Mental Wellness Through Healing, Recovery, and Reentry
Every person carries a story.
For many of the men we serve, that story includes trauma, grief, addiction, incarceration, family separation, and years of emotional pain that often go unaddressed. While recovery from substance use is an important step, lasting success also requires healing the emotional wounds that contribute to relapse and repeated involvement with the justice system.
The Freedom Lake Health & Wellness Resource Center expands our continuous pathway of support by providing access to trauma-informed mental wellness services before and after release. Through licensed counseling, peer support, recovery coaching, life skills development, wellness education, community referrals, and ongoing care, individuals are equipped with practical tools to strengthen emotional health and build a more stable future.
Rather than ending support at the prison gate, the Health & Wellness Resource Center creates a place where individuals can continue receiving encouragement, resources, and professional guidance as they transition back into their families, workplaces, and communities.
As the Resource Center grows, it will become a collaborative hub connecting individuals with licensed professionals, community organizations, recovery resources, family support services, and wellness programming that promotes long-term healing and successful reentry.
Together, we are building more than a program.
We are creating a place where healing begins, recovery continues, and hope is restored.
