Phase Two of the Discipleship Pathway offers a dedicated dorm within the facility’s Substance Abuse Program (SAP) for men who have stepped into leadership roles within the discipleship community. Selected by their peers, these men commit to living out Christian practices daily by immersing themselves in God’s Word, encouraging one another, practicing integrity, and deepening their relationship with God. This partnership creates a unique setting where men continue addressing life-controlling struggles while strengthening spiritual maturity through accountability, shared faith, and intentional discipleship.

The discipleship dorm serves as an intentional spiritual environment where men can focus on their growth in Christ away from many distractions associated with prison life. Here, they engage in prayer, Scripture reflection, fellowship, and mentoring that renew their minds and shape a Christ-centered way of living within the facility. Through this holistic approach, men experience meaningful transformation as they practice faith together and model a new life grounded in obedience to Christ. As they mature spiritually, they become prepared to share their testimonies and live out the message of the gospel both inside and beyond the facility walls.

The next phase of the discipleship pathway takes men one step further in their spiritual formation. Before graduating from the SAP program, eligible men from the discipleship dorm may apply for the third phase of their journey: The Discipleship Experience. This phase provides an expanding setting for continued spiritual growth, community, and service as men prepare for life beyond incarceration while remaining rooted in Christian practices. It represents a significant milestone in helping men grow spiritually mature and step into lives of purpose, leadership, and Kingdom-minded discipleship.
